TWIN RIVERS Safety Around Water Volunteers

Twin Rivers YMCA

The TWIN RIVERS YMCA teaches over 2,400 children water safety education and swim instruction each year. Volunteers help make this life-saving program possible. You can help! Volunteers will assist 4th grade students learn how to properly wear life jackets, practice saving a drowning victim, and learn to float and keep their heads above water. Water Safety takes place in the Outdoor Pool, Tuesdays through Fridays in the morning. To ensure we meet the highest standard in safety, 6-10 volunteers per day are needed for the Water Safety Program. On land and in water opportunities are available. The program will start March 7th.
